What Is Your Refund and Return Policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns, however if you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!
What Is The Difference Between Turn Around Time and Actual Shipping?
Please note that turn around time and shipping times are two separate things. Turn around time is the time it takes to complete your order. Once the item is finished it is then shipped to you, which is the shipping time. THELSPRINKLES, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. However, we will help in any way we can.
Do You Offer Custom Orders?
We accept custom orders and the turn around time for these will vary. All specifics will be discussed at the time of ordering. If interested in a custom order please submit a request via email to thelsprinkles@gmail.com. Please allow us 24-48 business hours to respond.
What Are Business Days?
